We picked one trade and stopped taking everyone else.

Concrete Marketing is powered by Debut Marketing. Same team, one trade, and a set of rules we published so you can hold us to them.

Rebar grid and formwork laid out on a prepared residential slab

Everything is easier when the prep is right. The same is true of marketing, which is why the Foundation Package exists.

Why only concrete?

Because a generalist agency has to relearn your business on your money. They do not know what a pump truck costs you, why October matters more than July, or that "concrete contractor" and "concrete countertops" are different businesses that share a keyword.

Specialising means the keyword lists, the negative keyword lists, the landing page structures and the objection handling are already built. It is why we can quote a price on this website instead of going away to put a proposal together, and it is why the first call can be about whether it fits rather than about what concrete work involves.

Why publish prices?

Every competitor in this space says "contact us for a quote". That exists to get you on a call before you know whether you can afford it. It wastes your afternoon and ours.

We publish the Foundation Package price, the credit schedule that reduces it, the program fee, the minimum ad budget, and the guarantee conditions. If the numbers do not work for you, you find out here for free rather than three calls in.

Why one company per city?

Two clients in the same city bid against each other in the same auction with their own money, and the agency collects from both. It is a comfortable business model and it is indefensible.

One concrete company per city means your city is off the board while you are with us, and it means the guarantee is honest, because we are not splitting the available demand and then promising all of it to two people.

Why the guarantee is written on signed jobs

Most guarantees in this industry are written on booked appointments, because appointments are cheap to manufacture. You can fill a calendar with tire-kickers and hit the number while the contractor's revenue does not move.

We wrote ours on signed and closed contracts. It is a harder promise, it makes us partly accountable for your sales process, and it is the reason the client obligations are published rather than buried. It also means we turn down more calls than we take.

Where the reviews live

Concrete Marketing is a newer name. The reviews you see on this site were left for Debut Marketing. We attribute them that way on purpose. Attaching a parent company's rating to a new brand is a structured-data violation and, more to the point, it is the kind of small dishonesty that tells you what the rest of the relationship will be like.

Where we work

Concrete contractors across English Canada. Quebec is deliberately out of scope for now: the Charter of the French Language requires commercial content directed at Quebec to be available in French at least as prominently as English, and we would rather add it properly later than machine-translate a landing page and call it compliance.

Because we work nationally, callback hours matter. We are on Pacific time and work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Pacific. If you are in Halifax, book a slot rather than calling at 8am your time.

The rules we work by

Rule 01

Publish what the niche hides

Prices, guarantee terms, client obligations, the funnel math, and the assumptions under every number.

Rule 02

Every claim carries its arithmetic

No result appears without the inputs that produced it. If we cannot show the working, we do not print the number.

Rule 03

Qualify out loud

The obligations and the two qualifying questions are on the site. You either self-select out or you find the first marketer who holds you to a standard.

Rule 04

Never invent proof

Reviews, client names, metrics and ratings are real or they are visibly absent. There is no third option.

Fifteen minutes, and you will know.

Whether your city is open, what your market costs, and whether the guarantee math works for the way you run your jobs.
