One concrete company per city.

We publish a page for a market only when we have something real to say about it. Five so far, and the list grows as we learn markets properly rather than as fast as we can template them.

Not on the list does not mean unavailable. It means we have not written a page for that market yet. We work with concrete contractors across English Canada, and the territory check call is how we confirm any city, published or not.

Why we do not publish thirty city pages

Because near-identical location pages with the city name swapped are the doorway pattern, and Google filters them. Worse, a network of thin pages can drag down the rest of a domain, which means the shortcut costs you the rankings you already had.

The test we apply to our own pages and to our clients' is simple: can we write 600 genuinely different words about that market? Not padding. Real differences in what gets built, what the weather does to a pour, which services carry the market, and where the competition actually sits.

Five real pages beat thirty thin ones. When we take on a contractor in a market we have not written about, we learn it properly first. The same discipline applies to the map pack work.

What territory exclusivity actually means

One concrete company per city, for as long as that contractor is with us. When a city is claimed we stop selling it, and the next contractor who calls from that city gets told no.

It is not a scarcity tactic. Two clients in one market bid against each other in the same auction with their own money, and the agency collects from both. It is a comfortable business model and it makes a signed-jobs guarantee dishonest, because you cannot promise all of the available demand to two people.

A note on Quebec

We work across English Canada and deliberately not in Quebec yet. Under the Charter of the French Language, commercial content directed at Quebec generally has to be available in French at least as prominently as in English. We would rather add that properly, with real translation, than run a machine-translated landing page and call it compliance.

Is your city on the board?

Published or not, fifteen minutes confirms whether the territory is open and what that market actually costs.
