Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026. Written so you can actually read it.

The short version

We collect what you type into our forms, and standard analytics about how the site is used. We use it to reply to you and to understand which pages work. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it and we will.

Who we are

Concrete Marketing, operating as part of Debut Marketing, at https://concretemarketing.ca. Contact us through the contact form.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, company, email, phone, city, and whatever you write in a message or an audit request. Only what you type.
  • Analytics. Pages visited, approximate location by region, device type, and how you arrived, through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity where enabled. This is aggregate behaviour, not identification.
  • Calculator inputs. The numbers you type into the pricing and ROI calculators stay in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you submit a form that carries them, and the form tells you when it does.
  • Server logs. Standard web server records including IP address, kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry or send the audit you asked for.
  • To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them.
  • To measure whether our own advertising works.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations where a business relationship starts.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other contractors. We do not add you to a mailing list because you used a calculator. If you ask a question and never hear from us again after we answer it, that is working as intended.

Who processes it on our behalf

Form delivery, email, analytics and booking are handled by third-party providers, each of whom processes data under their own terms. Where a provider is outside Canada, your information may be processed outside Canada.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and audit requests: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records: as long as the relationship lasts plus the period required for tax and accounting. Analytics: per the provider's retention setting, typically 14 months.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Analytics tools set cookies where enabled. Your browser can block them and the site will work normally, including all three calculators.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent. Ask through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
