What he works on
Evan Striemer founded Concrete Marketing and works on it from British Columbia. He is the person who takes the territory check call, and he is also the person who builds the website, sets up the Google Business Profile and runs the ads. There is no account manager in between, because there is no one to hand it to.
The company works with concrete contractors and nobody else, one per city. That is a smaller business on purpose. It means the keyword lists, the negative lists, the landing pages and the seasonal timing are all built for one trade instead of being adapted from a template that also has to work for roofers.
Everything on this site is priced in public and the guarantee terms are published in full, including what the contractor has to do to hold us to it. Every number on a page here can be traced to where it came from. When there is no real figure to publish, the page says so rather than estimating one.
Day to day that is five things, and they are the same five for every client: the website, the Google Business Profile, local SEO, Google Ads and Local Services Ads, and the tracking that ties a signed job back to the click that started it.
How the work runs
Two programs, and the difference between them is what you already have. The Foundation Package builds the logo, the site and the Google profile in 21 days, with credit off the price for anything you already own that is worth keeping. The 60-Day Booked Jobs Program runs the campaigns against a target of 15 signed jobs in 60 days.
The week-by-week version of that, including the parts where nothing visible happens, is written out on the process page.
The rules he publishes
Three of them are unusual enough to be worth stating here.
One concrete company per city. When a city is claimed it comes off the list and the next contractor from that city gets told no. Two clients in one market bid against each other in the same auction, with their own money, and the agency collects from both. The territory list is published.
Every price is on the site. Not a range, not on request. The pricing page carries both programs and the bundle, and the Foundation Package page has a calculator that works out your own number.
The guarantee lists what you owe too. A guarantee with no client obligations is either not real or not honest, so the obligations are published beside it: the 15-minute lead response, the 48-hour quote, the weekly note on what closed.

Work he has shipped
Two clients gave us numbers we could publish with the working shown: Valley West Concrete in Kelowna and Kiwi Custom Construction. Other builds are live without published figures, because no client has handed over numbers for them yet and we do not estimate results.
