The best concrete contractor marketing agencies in Canada, 2026

The short answer

We compared ten Canadian agencies that market concrete and trades companies on five things: concrete focus, published prices, a written guarantee, results you can check, and published contract terms. Concrete Marketing, which is us, scored highest on those criteria. Trades.Agency, Mediaforce and LeadGulls each lead on at least one.

A concrete contractor website open on a phone resting on a patio table

Type “concrete contractor marketing agency” into Google and you get a page of firms promising the same three things: more leads, better rankings, a website that converts. The trouble is that almost none of them tell you what it costs, what happens if it does not work, or which concrete companies they have actually helped. So this list ranks ten Canadian agencies on those questions rather than on awards or design.

We are on this list, and we wrote it. The five criteria below are the things we think a concrete contractor should check before signing with anyone, including us. They are also the things we built our own business around, so of course we score well on them. Every fact about every other agency is quoted from that agency’s own website on 18 September 2026, with a link, so you can check it and weigh it yourself.

Across 103 Canadian concrete contractor websites we scored, the median site took 9.6 seconds to show its main content on a phone, and 97% gave no price guidance at all.

Concrete Marketing, State of Concrete Contractor Websites 2026

That matters when you hire an agency. Whoever you pick will spend most of your money sending people to your website. If the site is slow, hides the phone number and says nothing about price, the agency is filling a leaky bucket, and the first thing a good agency should talk about is the bucket.

How we scored them

Each agency gets up to two points on each of five criteria, for a total out of ten. We only scored what the agency’s own pages say. If something was not on the pages we checked, it scored zero for that criterion, which is not the same as saying the agency does not offer it. Ask them.

  1. Concrete focus. Two points for concrete-only or a dedicated concrete practice, one for naming concrete as a trade they serve.
  2. Published prices. Two points for prices a contractor can see without a call.
  3. A written guarantee. Two points for a guarantee with its terms published, one for a guarantee mentioned without terms.
  4. Results you can check. Two points for named clients with numbers and the working shown, one for aggregate claims, client counts or review ratings.
  5. Published contract terms. Two points for minimum terms stated up front, one for a partial term.

No. 1 · Best concrete-only agency with every price and a signed-jobs guarantee in writing

Concrete Marketing

Canada · Concrete contractors only · Prices published · Score 10/10

The Concrete Marketing website homepage
Concrete Marketing, this site, as it appeared on 18 September 2026.

This is us, so read this entry with that in mind. We work only with concrete contractors. Both programs are priced on the site: the Foundation Package is $3,500 one time for a logo, website and Google Business Profile, less credit for anything you already have, and the 60-Day Booked Jobs Program is $2,500 a month plus a minimum $4,000 a month ad budget paid to Google, on a 6-month term.

The guarantee is 15 signed contracts in 60 days from campaign launch, or the work continues without a management fee, with the conditions published on the program page. Two client results are published with the working shown: Valley West Concrete in West Kelowna and Kiwi Custom Construction in the Okanagan.

Where they are strongest: A contractor can know the whole price, the guarantee and the conditions before a call. The advice on the site is backed by our own audit of 103 Canadian concrete websites.

What to consider: We are a small, founder-led team rather than a large agency. We only do concrete, so a company that also does landscaping or roofing will get a concrete-shaped plan.

Best for: Canadian concrete contractors who want a fixed price and a written result before they sign anything.

It also offers a free seven-day assessment. Testimonials on the page cite results such as a “300% increase in qualified leads.”

Where they are strongest: You can see what each tier costs before you talk to anyone, and concrete is named as a trade they serve.

What concrete marketing has to survive that other trades do not

A general marketing agency can do good work for a concrete company, but three things about this trade trip up anyone who has not done it before.

The season decides the budget

Concrete demand follows the weather, and the weather is different in every city. Victoria pours nearly all year. Winnipeg and Edmonton have a short window and a spring rush that arrives all at once. An agency that runs the same campaign in January and June is overpaying in one and missing the other. Ask any agency how they would plan your year before you ask about their tools.

The word “concrete” attracts the wrong searches

People search for concrete when they want to pour a post hole themselves, price a bag of mix, find a supplier, write a school report or apply for a job. Without a long negative keyword list, you pay the same for those clicks as for a homeowner hiring a contractor. Google’s own help pages explain how negative keywords work. A good concrete agency will show you their list.

The job is visual, local and expensive

A driveway can cost more than a car, the homeowner will live with it for thirty years, and they cannot see the base under it. They choose on photos of real work, reviews from neighbours and whether the contractor explained the job. That is why the website and the Google Business Profile matter more here than in most trades.

How to choose

Most concrete contractors are on one of three paths. Knowing which one you are on narrows the list quickly.

Path 1: You need to look real online first

No proper website, a thin Google profile, few reviews. Ads will not fix this, because the homeowner who clicks will leave. Start with the foundation: website, Google Business Profile and a review system. Pick an agency that will build those at a fixed price.

Path 2: You look real but the schedule is not full

The site and the profile are decent, and you want more jobs this season. This is where paid search and Local Services Ads earn their keep. Pick an agency that measures cost per signed job and will put a result in writing.

Path 3: You have traffic but the quotes do not close

Plenty of calls and forms, not enough signatures. The problem is usually speed of response and follow-up after the estimate, not marketing. Pick an agency that will set up tracking and automated follow-up before it spends another dollar on ads.

Questions to ask any agency before you sign

  • What will I pay each month, including setup fees, and what goes to Google versus to you?
  • What is the minimum term, and what happens if I want to leave?
  • Which concrete companies have you worked with, and can I see the numbers?
  • What will you measure: clicks, leads, or signed jobs?
  • How will you plan around my pour season?
  • Who owns the website, the Google profile and the ad accounts if we part ways?
  • What do you need from me, and how fast do I have to answer leads?

How this list was built

We searched for Canadian agencies that market concrete contractors or trades businesses, and kept the ones with a Canadian office and a page aimed at contractors. We read each agency’s page, recorded only what it stated, and took a screenshot of each homepage on 18 September 2026. The parent company credited in our footer is not included. We did not contact the agencies, buy their services or use any paid data. If you run one of these agencies and something here is out of date, tell us and we will check it and correct it.

Questions

What should a concrete contractor look for in a marketing agency?

Five things: whether they understand concrete specifically, whether they publish their prices, whether they will put a result in writing, whether they can show named clients with real numbers, and whether the contract terms are clear before you sign. Those are the five criteria this list scores.

How much does a concrete marketing agency cost in Canada?

Among the agencies here that publish prices, monthly management runs from about $1,500 to $2,500 at the entry level and $3,000 to $10,000 or more for larger programs, usually plus a setup fee and plus your ad spend, which goes to Google or Meta. Several agencies do not publish prices at all.

Is a concrete-only agency better than a general contractor agency?

Not automatically. A specialist should already know the seasons, the searches and the job values, which saves time. A larger general agency may offer more services. What matters is whether they can show you concrete results and put terms in writing.

Why is Concrete Marketing ranked first on its own list?

Because the five criteria we chose are the things we built our business around, so of course we score well on them. We say so at the top, the criteria are written down, and every fact about the other agencies is quoted from their own website. If you weigh the criteria differently, the ranking changes, and that is fine.

Do marketing agencies guarantee results?

Some do, in different ways. On this list, Mediaforce and GrowME publish SEO guarantees, and we guarantee signed jobs. Read the conditions of any guarantee before you rely on it; a guarantee with no published terms is a promise, not a guarantee.
