What actually happens, week by week.

Most agencies will not tell you this until after you have signed. Here is the whole sequence, what we need from you at each point, and how long it takes.

From first contact to live campaigns
WhenWhat happensWhat we need from you
Day 0 You send the form. We check whether your city is open and pull your market’s real numbers before replying. Your city and your average job value.
Day 1 A real answer by email, including whether we think you are ready. Sometimes that answer is not yet. Nothing.
Days 2–3 Territory check call, fifteen minutes. Two qualifying questions and your market’s numbers on screen. Fifteen minutes and honest answers.
Week 1 Kickoff and access handover. We audit what you already have so you are not charged to rebuild it. Two hours and your logins.
Weeks 1–3 Foundation work: brand assets where needed, the site, the Google Business Profile, tracking and call tracking. Two rounds of feedback.
Week 3–4 Campaigns go live. The guarantee clock starts here, not at signature. Answer your phone.
Weekly, ongoing Leads, cost per lead, estimates booked and jobs signed, in a tracker you can open yourself. Two minutes to say what closed.
Monthly, ongoing A call for decisions: what to scale, what to cut, what to test next. Thirty minutes.
Quarterly Jobsite photo and video shoot day, so the ads and the profile show your actual work. Access to a live jobsite.

The four phases

  1. Step

    Qualify

We check territory availability and ask how you handle leads today. This is the stage where we say no, and we say it before anybody has paid anything.

  2. Step

    Foundation

Whatever of the logo, website and Google Business Profile is actually missing. Buying traffic that lands somewhere broken is the most expensive mistake in this category.

  3. Step

    Demand

Search and Local Services Ads, map pack work, a page per service and city, and automatic text-back inside 60 seconds on every inbound lead.

  4. Step

    Compound

Reviews, content and local authority that keep producing after the ad spend stops. This is the part that makes year two cheaper than year one.

Why the clock starts at launch, not at signature

Build, tracking, landing pages and Google Business Profile work take two to three weeks before a dollar of ad spend makes sense.

If the 60 days ran from the day you signed, you would really be getting about 40 days of live traffic against a 15-job target. Plenty of agencies do it that way and hope nobody does the arithmetic.

Ours starts the day your campaigns go live. It costs us three weeks and it is the only version that is honest. The full terms are published here.

Prep decides how the pour goes. The same is true of everything before a campaign launches.

What you get every week

Four numbers. Not impressions, not clicks, not a slide deck.

01

Leads generated

02

Cost per lead

03

Estimates booked

04

Jobs signed

The fourth one is why we ask you to report outcomes weekly. Without it we are optimising toward form fills, which is not the same population as people who sign contracts. The full benchmark set is here.

Questions about working together

How long before my campaigns are live?

Two to three weeks from signing. Build, tracking, landing pages and Google Business Profile work all have to be done before spending money makes sense. The 60-day guarantee clock starts on launch day, not on signature day, so none of that setup time comes out of your window.

How much of my time does this take?

About two hours in week one, then roughly thirty minutes a month. A kickoff call, access handover, two rounds of feedback, and a weekly note in the tracker saying which jobs signed.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to your domain, your hosting and your Google account, whatever photos you already have, and honest answers to two questions: how fast someone calls a lead back, and what share of your estimates close.

What if something is not working?

You will see it in the weekly numbers before we do anything about it, and we will raise it on the monthly call with a specific change rather than a general reassurance. Nothing here is designed to be discovered at the end.

Can I stop?

After the initial term, thirty days notice and we hand over everything in your name: ad accounts, campaigns, landing pages, tracking, Google Business Profile. We do not hold accounts hostage.

Start at the beginning: is your city open?

One form, one real answer inside a business day, and an honest read on whether you are ready for the program or should fix the foundation first.
