Prices published here
Prices on this site are current at the time of publication and are stated in Canadian dollars. The $3,500 Foundation Package price, the credit schedule, the $1,200 floor, and the $2,500/month programme fee are real and we honour them. They can change for future clients, and the price you are quoted in writing is the one that applies to you.
The minimum $4,000/month advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google. It is not a fee to us and we take no share of it.
The guarantee
The 60-Day Booked Jobs Program guarantee described on this site is real and it is contractual, but the page is a summary. The binding version is the signed agreement, which includes the client obligations schedule. The guarantee is void where those obligations are not met, chiefly the 15-minute lead response and the weekly reporting of signed-job outcomes. The conditions are published in full rather than hidden, and you should read them before signing.
Case studies and figures
Results described on this site are real results for the named clients, and every one publishes the assumptions behind it. They are not a prediction of your results. Your market, your job values, your close rate and how fast you answer your phone all change the outcome, and two of those are entirely yours.
Where a table on this site presents planning ranges rather than measured client data, it says so on the page. We would rather label an estimate than let it be mistaken for a result.
Calculators
The pricing, ROI and budget calculators are arithmetic tools. The Foundation Package calculator produces a genuine price we will honour. The ROI and budget calculators produce estimates from the numbers you type and are not a forecast or a promise.
Content on this site
The writing, guides, templates and checklists here are ours. You are welcome to use the templates and checklists in your own business. You may not republish the articles as your own.
